"FI"
FRAME-MOUNTED END SUCTION PUMPS
|
|
FEATURES:
Easy to replace slip-on shaft sleeve
facilitates seal maintenance in the field and lowers long-term
maintenance costs.
Pressure tappings on suction and
discharge flanges promote easy verification of pump performance.
Rear pullout design allows pump to be
serviced without disturbing the system piping.
Flush seal line tap allows
installation of filter to protect seal from particles present in open
systems.
Top center line discharge design
simplifies piping layouts, reduces piping strain, and makes the pump
self-venting.
Low-cost, replaceable wear rings
protect casing during normal operation.
Standard ceramic seals promote
product flexibility: enables basic product offering to meet a
wide range of application requirements.
Cast iron casing with integrally cast
feet enables pump to be bolted to base for sturdier installation and
still allow back pull out without disturbing the piping.
DRY SHAFT DESIGN
Ensures shaft is never exposed to the
system fluid.
|
Eliminates need for expensive
corrosion-resistant shaft.
Simplifies sleeve and seal
removal/reassembly.
TACO RIGID BASE
Steel construction provides for
rigid
base installation.
Built-in drain pan collects all
condensate and seal leakage.
Ample open space for easy grouting.
The
heavy-duty compact design provides a more stable platform, which meets or
exceeds hydraulic institute and industry standards for rigidity and
vibration dampening, the base design is an ideal solution for those tight
mechanical room installations.
Facilitates
improved alignment and ease of grouting.

ideal
for HVAC and industrial applications, including pressure boosting, cooling
towers, and domestic water service flows to 2500 GPM
Split coupler design
permits changing of the seal without disturbing the motor or piping
Axial load is
hydraulically balanced to increase bearing life and deliver better pump
efficiencies and lower NPSH requirements
Recirculating line
flushes seal faces and extends seal life, resulting in less downtime due
to seal leaks
Optimum pump
efficiency is achieved by close running impeller to casing clearances
Motor drive is
isolated from the system with the split coupler design
Precision aluminum
coupling
|
High efficiency
impellers standard on all sizes
Standard drilled and
tapped mounting holes at base of casing
A seal flush line is
standard on all models
Throttle bushing keeps
contaminants away from the seal
Replaceable casing
wear ring, pump support bracket, and external seal are all value added
options

IN-LINE
PUMPS
|
|
"1600"
SERIES IN-LINE PUMPS |
|
FEATURES:
Close coupled compact design is
energy efficient and installs anywhere in the piping layout.
Rugged casing design has maximum
operating pressure of 175 PSI and a maximum operating temperature of
300°F. The 1600 Series is offered in cast iron bronze-fitted
construction or all-bronze construction.
Permanently lubricated, long-life
